The Vice President of Ukpiovwin Community in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State, Deacon Godwin Kogba, has congratulated Chief Emma Eyakagba, Executive Assistant to the Delta State Governor on the occasion of his birth anniversary celebrated today, Thursday, February 19, 2026.
In a congratulatory message made available to newsmen, Deacon Kogba described the celebrant as a bundle of blessings to Udu Kingdom and Delta State at large, noting that his dedication to service and commitment to grassroots development have continued to earn him admiration across the state.
He commended Eyakagba for his loyalty, humility, and unwavering contributions to governance, particularly in advancing the interests of the people at the community and state levels.
